Visit us for bespoke, effective Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Medical Acupuncture & Therapeutic Massage
It is with great pleasure we are fully reopen to provide face-to-face care closely following guidance from the British Chiropractic Association.
We are observing guidance from the goverment and our professional bodies which means we still observe Covid-19 protocols befitting medium risk clinical setting under which our clinical services are classed.
We continue to work with a high level of cleanliness, cross infection control and full PPE to protect our team and patients. Clinicians and our team are wiping contact surfaces with isopropyl alcohol/disinfectant (i.e. reception area, toilet, door handles, chairs etc) after each appointment. Allowing more time for your visit will hugely assist us and minimalise contact with other patients on your way in and out of the clinic.
We will measure your temperature upon arrival, and require consent for each visit.
Inside the treatment rooms, in addition to our already rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures, we will have in place all the extra measures necessary to ensure everyone’s safety including HEPA air filter systems.
Patients are asked to limit extra companions on their visit to only essential people in order to reduce the number of people within the practice.
Please do not arrive too early for your appointment but naturally be on time. The doors may be locked as we are controlling the footfall into and out of the clinics. But be assured we are here!
It is very important that we continue to work together to limit the spread of Coronavirus, so if you are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms or have been unwell in the last week or so, please refrain from booking an appointment – if you have a musculoskeletal emergency please telephone or email the Clinic for advice.
If, after your visit, you discover that you were already infected with Covid-19, please let us know immediately so that the necessary measures can be taken to prevent propagation.
We look forward to seeing you.
Chiropractic is a health profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the functions of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft tissue manipulation." (World Federation of Chiropractic, 2001)
Our experienced team of chiropractors are knowledgeable in spinal and chiropractic adjustments. The purpose of spinal adjustments is to return the spine to a natural state of health and to reduce pain, muscle spasms, and nerve irritation, so you can enjoy optimise performance and be pain free.
Chiropractors focus on the spine and the neuro-musculoskeletal system and how conditions affecting these areas can affect your health and performance. Chiropractors are trained to assess the neuro-musculoskeletal system and identify restrictions, imbalances and dysfunction.

It is an effective therapy for treating muscle tension and improving imbalances in the muscular and skeletal system.
The hands-on technique works on muscles, tendons and ligaments. This helps to release tension, improve blood circulation, stimulate or suppress nerve activity and assist to remove waste products such as lactic acid from our muscles.
Dry needling is mainly used to treat myofascial trigger points. It is also used to target connective tissue, neural and muscular ailments and dysfunction of skeletal muscle and connective tissue to minimize peripheral nociception (pain), and improve structural and functional dysfunction.
It is often coupled with manual therapy and joint correction/mobilisation to ensure speedy release of neuromuscular complaints.
The microsuction technique derives its name from the use of a microscope and sterile suction device to apply gentle suction to remove the blockage in the ear canal.
Microsuction is safer and more comfortable than all other forms of ear cleaning including syringing and irrigation.
